No brokerage fees

We do not charge any brokerage fees for arranging financing.

Finance up to 60% of the purchase price

You can borrow up to 60% of the purchase price of the property

Interest payable in Austria is deductible

Interest paid on your loan in Austria is deductible from your rental income.

Fixed or variable rate – you decide

You can choose a fixed or variable interest rate over five or seven years.

Service

We will manage everything for you, and it won't cost you any extra. We will arrange a meeting with the bank so that you can get as much information and ask as many questions as you need.

Signing takes place in Austria

Most of the formalities can be completed from the comfort of your own home. However, the mortgage deed must be signed in Austria.
